Commercial use of TerraZoner is permitted and encouraged. Choose the membership tier that fits your operation — from solo practitioners to large consulting organizations.
Individual Membership — 1 Account
The Individual membership is a single account that may be shared between team members working with the same client accounts. For example, an agronomist and their assistant or data technician can share an Individual membership, as long as they are actively working together on the same client files. This plan is designed for solo practitioners, independent consultants, and small operations where one person leads the agronomic work and support staff assist.

Team, Corporate & Enterprise — Multi-Seat Plans
For organizations with multiple agronomists or consultants who each manage their own client relationships, TerraZoner offers multi-seat plans with dedicated sub-accounts for each user. Each seat holder gets their own independent login and access to the full TerraZoner platform. All users on a multi-seat plan must be employees or contractors of the same organization and must share a common company email domain (e.g., all @yourcompany.com). The plan administrator manages sub-account setup and access.

- One agronomist shares Individual membership with their data technician who processes the same client fields
- A 3-person consulting firm with 1 lead agronomist and 2 support staff on Individual membership
- A company with 3 independent agronomists each managing separate clients — on a Team plan (3 seats)
- A large agronomy firm with 9 agronomists — on an Enterprise plan (10 seats, admin + 9)
Not Permitted
- Two independent agronomists each managing separate client relationships sharing one Individual membership
- A consulting team with 4 separate lead agronomists sharing one Individual membership
- Sharing login credentials from a Team/Corporate plan with users outside the same company email domain
- Reselling or sublicensing TerraZoner access to other consultants or businesses
Output Sharing & Client Services
Zone maps, shapefiles, and analysis outputs created with TerraZoner may be freely shared with clients as part of professional consulting services. There are no restrictions on distributing TerraZoner-generated zone maps to your clients for use in their precision agriculture operations.
Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or sublicensing of TerraZoner software is strictly prohibited:
- Sharing login credentials with individuals who should have their own license
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the TerraZoner software
- Circumventing authentication, usage tracking, or licensing controls
- Creating derivative works based on TerraZoner's proprietary algorithms or code
